In 2018, Heart Productions were engaged by Chelsea Football Club to review the design of the player tunnel to empower Chelsea players and align with the new branding. Heart responded to the challenge by producing a concept that heroed the players, literally making them larger than life and sharing encouraging social media posts from fans. For the away teams, this had the adverse effect of making them feel small, a strategy already being used in the away team changing rooms by raising the heights of the clothing pegs.
