In 2020, Chelsea F.C. approached Heart Productions to pitch for the opportunity to deliver match-day fan experiences at Stamford Bridge Stadium, which included activations, in-bowl production and operational management. Part of Heart’s response to this brief was the ‘Match Day Playbook’. An encyclopaedia of all the match day operations and activities. My role in this project was to collate, layout and design all this information into the 70-page playbook.
